Phytonutrients: Eating with a healing intent
It is well understood that a diet rich in phytonutrients is important for chronic disease and cancer risk reduction. Newly emerging science shows that the summation of these nutrients is far more valuable than any one specific phytonutrient. In this webinar, Matt Hand, DO, talks about the benefits of a diverse intake of whole-food phytonutrients and even more importantly – how to convince adults and children to eat them.
